Welcome, friends, to my giveaway!
I read in the news that the US Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) released its annual report for 2023, and for the first time, they've classified Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies as "significant risks to financial stability." They're even emphasizing their preparation for "strong and effective regulatory discussions" with banking institutions. As a result, the entire cryptocurrency market is experiencing a downturn. Hive, too, has seen a considerable drop. It went from the recently consolidated 0.34 to a further decline of 0.30, a 10% decrease. There's a possibility that the downward trend might continue, and this situation is definitely unfavorable for us. Even $SCRAP is following the downward trend, and of course, most of the coins on the Hive Chain are also affected.
Regarding whether this is a good buying opportunity, it's quite difficult to say. The question of whether the prices will continue to fall remains uncertain. However, many people seem to be selling their assets and holding onto cash. As for me, I'll continue to engage in gaming activities. I'll adjust my investment projects on the Hive Chain moderately. Games like Splinterlands, Rising Star, or Wrestling Organization Online will still be on my radar.
Regarding my giveaway series, I'm planning to continue offering Terracore for a few more rounds, and then I'll switch to giving away other game tokens or assets that I'm involved with. Anyway, I'll make sure to mention the information in the article itself, while the title will give you a heads-up. I hope none of you will be taken aback.
