My respect to the baristas for their ability to create art in coffee ☕.

I love rainy days because in the state where I live the sun every day is imposing, for me drinking coffee in the morning has become an unmissable ritual ☕ this hot black ♨️ is who lifts me up, stops my laziness, puts me on alert and above all gives me a percentage of energy to start the day.

Today I woke up wanting to have a "cappuccino" of those that bewitch you to enjoy it, with that strong touch of creamy coffee milk and bitter cocoa powder or the enigmatic flavor of cinnamon, among the variety of preparations with coffee this is one of my favorites 🙂 especially to accompany with a delicious sweet or savory bread.

It's been a while since I've gone out for a coffee outside my home 🙈 that's one of my favorite visits when I go out for a walk, however I like to visit not only beautiful, comfortable and pleasant places, but also places where they really offer me an exquisite coffee ☕ I think that at the end of the day that's what's worth the whole journey.

Longing for a delicious cappuccino I checked if I had some cocoa powder in my pantry, to end up daring to prepare my cappuccino at home 🙈 it was a total success 😁 in taste and creaminess, but as for the design I wanted to get I DON'T believe it 🙊 I was thinking of a halloween Jack face 🎃 but it didn't work out.

But preparing my cappuccino in my kitchen was not difficult at all, because the ingredients starting with a good coffee I had at home, however I admit YES, I need to do a Batista course to achieve a better design 🙈.

Hervi the coffee I still do not repair or replace my espresso maker, however with a traditional method prepare a strong coffee, I heated and whipped, milk on the stove over medium heat, until abundant foam.

I poured my coffee in the cup, added the milk little by little, keeping the foam for the end, sprinkled a little bit of bitter cocoa powder and this was the result.

The truth is that I was bewitched by its flavor, creaminess and its lack of sweetness, since I like it not very sweet, however the design was not one of the best, I feel that it was a very good idea to prepare my cappuccino at home, in fact if I were not so ambitious maybe with another design I would have had the idea.

It won't be my only attempt I'm going to try again and maybe I achieved that haunted design that I would love to enjoy before having my coffee ☕🎃☕, this month of witches 🧙 is one of my favorites 🙂 that's why having a haunted coffee, will be my treat 🎃.

Mi capuchino embrujado 🎃 Esp-Eng

Mi respeto a los baristas por su habilidad para crear arte en el café ☕.

Amo los días de lluvia porque en el estado donde recido el sol cada día es imponente, para mí tomar café por las mañanas se ha convertido en un ritual imperdible ☕ este negrito caliente ♨️ es quien me levanta, detiene mi pereza, me pone en alerta y sobre todo me da un porcentaje de energía para comenzar el día.

Hoy amanecí con deseos de tomar un "capuchino" de esos que te embrujan al disfrutarlo, con ese toque fuerte del café, lo cremoso de la leche y amargo del cacao en polvo o del enigmático sabor de la canela, entre las variedad de preparaciones con café este es uno de mis favoritos 🙂 sobre todo para acompañar con un delicioso pan dulce o salado.

Hace tiempo que no salgo a tomar un café fuera de casa 🙈 esa es una de mis visitas favoritas cuando salgo de paseo, sin embargo me gusta visitar no solo lugares hermosos, cómodos y con agradable ambiente, sino dónde realmente me ofrezcan un exquisito café ☕ creo que a final de cuentas es lo que vale la pena de toda esa travesía.

Añorando un delicioso capuchino revice si tenía algo de cacao en polvo en mi despensa, para terminar atreviendome en preparar mi capuchino en casa 🙈 fue un total éxito 😁 en sabor y cremosidad, pero en cuanto al diseño que quería obtener NO lo creo 🙊 pensaba en una cara de Jack de halloween 🎃 pero no resultó.

Pero preparar mí capuchino en mi cocina no fue nada difícil, porque los ingredientes comenzando por un buen café lo tenia en casa, sin embargo lo admito SI, necesito hacer un curso de Barista para lograr un mejor diseño 🙈.

Hervi el café aún no reparo ni reemplazo mi cafetera express, sin embargo con un método tradicional prepare un café fuerte, calenté y bati, la leche en la estufa a fuego medio, hasta obtener abundante espuma.

Verti mi café en la taza, agregue poco a poco la leche, manteniendo la espuma para el final, espolvoree un poco de cacao amargo en polvo y este fue el resultado.

La verdad si me embrujo su sabor, cremosidad y su poca dulzura, ya que me gusta poco dulce, sin embargo el diseño no fue de los mejores, siento que fue una muy buena idea preparar mi capuchino en casa de hecho de no ser tan ambiciosa quizás con otro diseño se me hubiera dado la idea.

No será mi único intento voy a volver a intentar y quizás logré ese diseño embrujado que me encantaría disfrutar antes de tomar mi café ☕🎃☕, este mes de brujas 🧙 es uno de mis favoritos 🙂 por ello tomarme un café embrujado, será mi trato 🎃.
