The cherries are selectively picked, the sugar content is measured and then the green, yellow, and orange-coloured cherries are sorted out. The low-density coffees are floated. The higher-density cherries weigh down in the barrel or syphon tank depending on the farm's processing structure.

That's what it says at the counter. I am not a pirate, but I am hungry, so let me eat, I thought when I saw the sign. I was hoping to see better food than the first cafe I visited so I could dine in, especially since the view is much better and truly relaxing.
My brother-in-law had crept into the kitchen and I was absorbed in the window contemplating the landscape, I didn't even notice when he passed by, the smell of coffee was what made me turn around and go to take a look and the moment became even more perfect.
This is a summer drink. One change that could be made is to add some more ice to the final cup; I need a larger glass to fit it all!
I found myself in a nice quiet corner, right below the chilling air conditioner. As I have sipped my way through my coffee, I have cooled down enough to now want another cup of hot latte 😂
I haven't tasted a good coffee next to a good dessert somewhere in my city for many years, plus the Service is excellent, so now I have this place here and from now on it will be my favourite when it comes to a good snack accompanied by a delicious coffee.
One of the aspects that caught my attention is the name of the coffee shop "100% Aroma". For coffee lovers, the aroma is part of the pleasure that surrounds its magic and indeed the place lives up to its name because while they were preparing the coffee requested, the aromatic atmosphere was impregnated with its exquisite smell.
Instead of using some fancy cold brewers I only use my filter setup. 1 more jar and one paper filter are what are needed. Filtering the coffee is the last step before achieving a refreshing cup.
Today I got a pleasant surprise, I got a small place where they simply serve coffee you want to take. Apart they offer you another kind of drinks like soft drinks, water, Speed and even some desserts.
KAHOY means "wood" in English, and the Cafe's design is entirely built of wood and surrounded by trees, creating a homey atmosphere that celebrates nature.
