"Fantasy Comedy Cinema"
In this phase of comedy cinema we have discussed Slapstick, Screwball and Parody, Dark Humor genres of comedy. Today the subject is Fantasy Comedy. A type of film that uses magic or supernatural or mythological figures for comic purposes.
There are also films about a ghost or angel who either becomes someone's guardian and helper, or who torments someone comedically from the other side. If you remember 2008 cinema, "Over Her Dead Body" then it was a classic example of the fantasy comedy.
