So, it's likely that at one point or the other, you might appear in a random stranger's picture or video without even knowing it. This is a recording of you, taken without your permission. Should there be a law making such a thing criminal? How would you feel if you suddenly found yourself in someone's video and you don't even know when or how it was made, but it was made in a public place. But then, what effects will such a rule have on creators who need the originality that comes with taking pictures or filming in public places?
