Most times you only extend a hand of kindness to people around you, and we neglect ourselves. You need to be kind to yourself. Kindness is showing empathy and compassion towards others. We fail to understand that before you extend a hand of kindness to someone else, you must be kind to yourself. How can you give someone what you don’t have?
