Hello, I am Bishop Therrien with the Ecumenical Order of Christ. I'd like to write on the topic of reincarnation and what it means for the world and a lot of its religious ties that have been hidden in some religions like Christianity. Reincarnation is actually mentioned several times in the Bible. However, the churches have made their way to erase or remove very important events and teachings in the Bible. Christian Gnostics, for example, believe in reincarnation. The Christian Gnostics were regarded by some as a new Jewish sect who believed they had finally found the long-awaited Messiah and not a new religion. They believed heavily in a spiritual resurrection. The Book of Thomas the Contender, the same Thomas of the Gospel of Thomas, has several areas that quote Yeshua speaking and hinting to reincarnation.
Book of Thomas the Contender 9:5
"Watch and pray that you may not be born in the flesh, but that you may leave the bitter bondage of this life.”
Gospel of Thomas, saying 84
"When you see your likeness, you are happy. But when you see your images that came into being before and that neither die nor become visible, how much you will bear!"
The Secret Book of John also quotes Yeshua saying:
Secret Book of John 14:20
"This soul needs to follow another soul in whom the Spirit of life dwells, because she is saved through the Spirit. Then she will never be thrust into flesh again."
While the churches attempted to completely remove all traces of reincarnation, they missed some very important parts from the Gospel of Matthew!
Matthew 11:13-15
For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John:
And if you will receive it, he is Elijah that is to come.
He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Reincarnation is spread throughout MANY religions, just to name a few:
Buddhism believed in the karma of rebirth in an endless cycle of growth and knowledge.
Hinduism strongly believes the soul is forever. A passage from the Bhagavad Gita:
Just as in the body childhood, adulthood and old age happen to an embodied being. So also he (the embodied being) acquires another body. The wise one is not deluded about this.
Jainism has doctrines on reincarnation and likewise believes that karma has a lot to do with your next life.
Judaism has their Jewish mystical texts (the Kabbalah) that teach a belief in Gilgul Neshamot (soul cycle).
Within our own teachings with references to Revelation, Christ's second coming is with a new name and his appearance sounds completely different than when he was Yeshua! If you've followed us over the last eight years, you know that Enlil, the Anunnaki prince, was actually Yeshua and has come again as Ra-El! If you're new and somehow missed it, on January 28th, 2011, the holy spirit was caught on camera descending over the Temple Mount in Jerusalem! There are also confirmations that the Prime Cleric is Moses as revealed in the Torah Codes. More recently, it has been revealed that the Prophet Elijah has come again after multiple Torah Codes revealed that Michael Harr is the prophet Elijah!

"I was given a sound body to live in because I was already good."
So why do we come back? Most people need to continue to grow and one lifetime is not enough! They get sent back again and again until they have matured. Some will even ask to come back if they know there is more they can do! Most of the clergy know that they asked to come back to prepare the masses. So with all of this, why hide the information? It’s all part of Satan’s plan to test us with no recollection of our previous lives. It is preparing our soul, but also seeing if we will continue to stay true to God. The churches that are controlled by Satan have planned this, so will you look further with this knowledge to stay on the path God has set out for you?
