I would like you all to meet my friend Shalom 
She is a God lover, well focused, humble, caring, beautiful and most importantly my FITFAM mistress. She is so diligent, when she sets her mind on anything it will definitely be accomplished.
The FITFAM journey hasn't been quite easy for her, the regular jogging, not being able to eat whatever you see( especially when you are in university of Portharcourt where man must strive to survive), looking up the amount of calories in any meal before eating it etc. Mehn she is really diligent. I pray to be like her someday.
