Hooding and Ringhop of Education Students

Ringhop symbolizes that you will marry that Profession and the one who let it wear to it's owner should still be there for the rest of the chapter on their lives -Mary Claire. (I dont know if that was the correct grammar) read more here. Ringhop of STEEMIANS that would finish an Engineering Bachelors Degree

Why is there a Hooding?

Based from Wikipedia and other sources like this source . Hoodings are only given to the ones who finished doctoral degree. In my own opinion I do not know the main reason why they had this ceremony, maybe hoodings symbolizes the profession you will always wear, because you are an educator. I could not clearly understand what is the purpose behind the hoodings, since it is not very common and this was my first time I knew there are such things like hoodings.

Am I left behind?

It feels like we Engineering students are left behind, 5 years of studying Engineering course, and by the next School year, they will be implementing a new Curriculum for new Freshmen college students based from Senior high-school strands, STEM and NON-STEM, it is unfair because they will take Engineering course for only 4 years!

I am so Proud of them

I'm so proud of them, especially to my loved one Ms. Mary Claire. A lot of sacrifices were given, sleepless nights and going home late in the evening. Claire always complained on how difficult her students are, she always complained that she have to finish her lesson plan because the deadline is this day and that day because she will be going to be late again tomorrow evening.

I sometimes question myself, how about me? To be fair, our subjects are harder than the educators. Whoever gets a 2.5 grade will be considered as a Guru. No matter how much you study, the principle is there but the chapter you studied will sometimes appear or may not appear.

LOVE is the SOLUTION

Every path you take is hard, every course or program you take is also hard. Everything in life is hard, sometimes steeming is also hard (haha). Love, is the solution for all the problems you take, as long as you put your heart into that place, success will follow. Let me give you a simple background that came from my experience. I love taking pictures and it is almost my Job, I put a love on taking pictures. When I was under supervision by Engr. Marvin Bubuli, that was summer, subject was SOLID MENSURATION. Time and time, I begin to add some love on that certain subject and I passed, even though it is hard. I also was under supervision of Engr. Mendez, subject Trigonometry. I failed the subject on my 1st year-1st semester, because I hated the subject and hated the teacher. I put some love in that subject, this slowly motivates me on going to school and studying well. That momentum stopped after Differential Calculus, under Engr. Darwin, it is because I fell in love with Video Editing.

Long story, I started from Phone camera and still growing. For me, editing that time was an achievement.

I know this would not be the end seeing these peeps, I hope someday they will buy and support me for my food haha! I hope they will treat me always, like "Bro, Ill buy you something", "Chuuuckie gift for you" or "We will be the sponsor!" Sweet phrases * sigh * . One thing that I promised to myself, that I will still be there for the next chapter of their lives, thank you for Reading. Happy Steeming!
