So sorry to hear that my friend! How long ago did it happen? My father -in-law used to fall all the time breaking both hips until he came here to live with us and he never fell again. I took a year of my life helping him move every time he had to, but I wasn't doing much with my retired ass anyway. You're too young to let that keep you down for too long. I'm still fasting and losing weight as well getting some great healing.
