Who is @ChuchuRZ ??

First, a little bit of architecture:

1-Communal House of the Sucre sector, Barcelona, Anzoategui, Venezuela:

This project has a set of areas demanded by the directors of the communal council, such as: Police Station, Pharmacy, Doctor's Office, Popular Restaurant, Kitchen, Afiteatro, Administrative Offices and a space for the operation of a communal radio station. Currently the project is in the budget approval period.

2-Single-family house in Lecheria, Anzoategui, Venezuela:

This house was designed for a family in the city of Puerto la Cruz, who has just bought this land in the city of Lecheria, where they aspire to move soon. The project has the following spaces in it: 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, multipurpose area, laundry room, parking space for two vehicles, and a back yard with Jacuzzi and Barbecue grill. Its construction is currently under development.

3-Industrial Center in the Industrial Zone of Barcelona, Anzoategui, Venezuela:

This is an industrial center with spaces for different types of shops, has 6 commercial areas of two levels each: 2 stores of 650 m2 each, 2 stores of 425 m2 each and 2 stores of 170 m2 each. It also has a loading and unloading area, lift mounts cargo, general services area and a security check box. Actually the construction of this work is paralyzed due to a lack of budget.

1-Photo sessions for the promotion of MONZ sunglasses Presale:

In the beginning, the company MONZ contacted me to take charge of the audiovisual direction for the promotion of the brand. They had in mind to market a collection with 5 models of sunglasses, so we decided to assign each design to a model of the area to conduct the campaign. Here I leave a summary of the images that resulted from this work.

2-Kitesurf instagram Feed:

After a successful presale, the company went through the development of different advertising campaigns, based on activities and people related to the natural markets of the product. The first activity considered was the Kitesurf, because it is the most promoted sport in the area and one of its most important exponents nationwide was willing to collaborate. Here I leave a summary of the images captured at that time:
