There are situations that sometime we found ourselves in a circumstances that we need to comply to authorities like when police are conducting search and check points. In this case we need to know our rights and how far police could go under the rule of law.

What is Body search?... It is an action or series of activity to inspect the body of a suspected person to search body or clothing for illicit weapon, drugs or any prohibited of law.

*Frisk search - search pockets, hands and outer garments to detect any concealed prohibitions of law.
