Well equal to my last post about this activity I wrote on a blackboard.
In this moment, I don't have a brush to imitate the character in the best way, so that I did it like that.

I wrote 他叫什么？ (Ta1 jiao 4 Shen2 me?) , Their meaning is something like :" what is his name? " .
