I think Web3 will take internet back into the path it was supposed to go in. When internet was in it's early stages(like 1995), I remember how everyone got some webspace from their ISP and they were free to make a website censorship free. Since you are a paying customer of the ISP, they would rarely tell you what you can and cannot post on those webspace (Unless it was something illegal). Now these days, ISP doesn't give you any webspace and even if they did, most web traffics are directed to the few media websites (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Netflix, etc etc) and we are heavily restricted on what information we can post on those media websites.
Web3 will help us go back to the user having the right to post what they want and not be controlled by the politics of the major media companies.
