Religion is a way of worship. We already have the knowledge of this. We have been taught so and we have experienced is so. It is the issues of religion that gives the world the different kinds of beliefs. In fact those who always claim that they are not religious are actually deceiving themselves. You have a particular belief. And it is that belief that makes you to stop believing in the One that others believe to be God. Ir is not as if you don't have a religion. The terms and tenets of your own religion makes you debunk whatever it is that others believe in.
There is a true religion and there is a false religion. The religion that rejects the reality of the Almighty God who made the heavens and the earth is the false religion. Those who worship any other thing apart from the God who is revealed in the Bible are in the false religion. Those who worship objects which they carved or which they bought with their money are in the false religion. Those who deny the existence of God and called themselves atheists are in the false religion.
The true religion is the religion that acknowledges that existence of God who is the Creator of everything that exists. The God of the Bible is the true God. The religion that accepts that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God is the true religion.
