The dog are not left behind. You can hear their barking are they wants the protest the movement of those going to the mosques for their morning religious prayers. Another day has arrived.

Mama and Papa had gone to farm the previous day. The went to uproot they crops. It was cassava that they went to uproot. The land was cultivated about a year ago. The father intended of keeping his cassava in the farm for two years for it to grow more and bring bigger yield. But the configuration did not work out that way. The herders had been coming to the farmland for their cattles to come and graze. So, we had no option than for us to go and uproot our cassava crops.

The cassava was peeled and soaked so that it will ferment in order to prepare the popular cassava flour. Eliza is preparing the ground that early morning to spread the fermented cassava. When she had finished the sweeping, she will put the nylon so that the cassava can be spread for it to dry. Now, enjoy the shadows of Eliza as she tries to dry cassava flour.
