I was the Community Leader for the Philippines under @pennsif's program but do not have the time to lead a movement for the Philippines as our team in Davao City just launched @dbuzz https://d.buzz

But I nominate @jancharlest as the Community Leader for the Philippines.

He would be backed by our dev team:

1. One blockchain developer @nathansenn
2. Four other developers
3. Two Graphic Designers / Artists
4. I help coordinate things

And we could use the following assets for marketing:

We are currently in the process of building a Philippines based front-end for http://hive.net.org and will also make a website on Engrave to replace our previous https://steem.com.ph

All of this is in the works and has been, the frontend will be released once the devs are done with it and and we have funds to sustain the movement so any other additional funds would just be on top of what we are already doing / planning.

P.S. I can be contacted here: https://discord.gg/4UWq5XB

P.P.S. @surpassinggoogle would also be a good pick if he is ready.. I am not sure if he is though.

P.P.P.S. @guruvaj is another possible candidate, all three of them would be easy to work with, although @surpassinggoogle might not be able to Lead, since he also has his hands full w/other things at the moment I think (let me know).
