Thanks for noticing the ocean @johnkarnish.

There are certain parts of the ocean in the Philippines, where its possible to look straight down from the boat, all the way down to the sand, and the fish + starfish are visible.

There is probably a limit if a person starts getting deep enough in the ocean where the water will no longer be clear, but towards the shoreline, that clarity is beautiful.
