Not sure if the rules are different on HIVE than on STEEMIT, but curious about on aspect of posting. From time to time on STEEMIT, I posted some scientific fact-based information about climate alarmism. Some douchbag named Bloom down-voted a lot of my posts. He doesn't contribute to the conversation or offer a different perspective. He just acts as a censor. For whatever reason, when he down-votes a post, it becomes hidden. Any the number next to my name goes down (no idea how that is calculated). Does HIVE operate the same way? Do certain users get to censor other voices because they like to exercise their inner totalitarian? Just wondering. I don't get too involved in the user rules and frankly don't even know where to start to find out the answer. Thanks.
