I commend the Colorado governor for modifying the "stay at home" order in light of the new information and data available about COVID-19. He is allowing elective surgeries and taking a big step toward getting people back to work and the economic engine going again. He has made an informed cost benefit analysis. He knows better than the feds what Colorado needs. He is accountable to the electorate. He can be more responsive to the need of further change as circumstances change. Well done. Federalism works because one size does not fit all.
