Friends and lovers of splinterlands, I am very happy to be one of this community. Despite of battling always, I am not regret of joining this platform. It is so exciting and wonderful for me.
When I heard of this week challenge was Gloridax solder, I was very shocked because I have never heard of the monster's name before. I kept wondering of how to get it. Until I searched the whole market before I could get it.
Gloridax solder is one of the armies in the dragon summoners with sophisticated and specialized weapons. As its shown in the picture; wearing armor with sword in the hand.
CHARACTERISTICS OF GORIDAX SOLDER
*Ability to fly or scale high: it possess the wins like bat. As we all know how powerful bat is in the air. No other mammals can fly in the air like bat. It can fly distance of 200 miles.
*Shield: it possessed the kind of shield that protect it from the enemies. I never believed that it could last longer in a battle despite of its lowest level. It took time before it was eliminate in the battle. It shield reduced damage from melee or ranged attack.
Gloridax Solder with lowest level which has one armor, 4 health, 2 speed and 1 melee attack, why the highest level which is level 8 has 8 health, 3 speed, 3 armor and 3 melee attack. this characteristics made this monster one of the best in the dragon summoners. Putting gloridax in the front row of the battle is good due to its abilities.
RULESET
• Silenced summoners: summoners do not give any start buffs or debuffs or use any ability.
• Lost legendaries: legendary monsters may not be used in the battle.
• 20 Mana cap
• Only fire summoner was not available.
SUMMONER AND MONSTERS.
I used dragon summoner in this battle because gloridax solder is one of the dragon monsters.
FURIOUS CHICKEN
The reason I used furious chicken was the zero Mana cap it possessed. Therefore, used it here to filled up my space and also take the first attack for me. Though I did not used it as my attacked monster but gloridax solder.
GLORIDAX SOLDER
This is my attack monster, I knew it will played a leading role in the battle base of its capacities and abilities. I wasn't confused of its health or melee attack because I knew it fits to lead the battle.
SERPENTINE MYSTIC
I used this monster here to support gloridax because of its low level of melee attack, ability and also ability to fight enemy's attack monster.
HALFLING ALCHEMIST
I used this neutral monster here to also support the front battle since its attacks from the front. I just want to destroyed the attacking monster of my opposition. Most of my monsters I used has one melee attack, to added to the front force, alchemist was the choice for me.
FIRE SPITTER
I knew that it has no ability to fight in a front battle, using it here was a perfect idea.
CURSED SLIMEBALL
The end of the battle most times is hot than beginning that you just need a single attack to claim the victory. Therefore, I used cursed slimeball here.

ROUND 1
Nothing much happened in the first round. The furious chicken got knocked out in the start of the battle just a strike from opponent's summoner.
ROUND 2
serpentine mystic got destroyed again. It failed to carry out the reason I used it here. I used it as a support to gloridax solder but eliminated by skillful summoner. I thought it could last longer in the battle.
ROUND 5
Goridax was eliminated after serious battle at this round. I thought I have lost the battle here.
ROUND 8
From round 5 to 8. It was fire spitter that was battle. Halfling Alchemist and coursed slimeball were just watching from the first to the last round.
