Hello guys so recently I went on a walk in town and decided to take a few photos and today I finally wanna show them to you all so let’s begin.
So we begin our walk heading into the city centre via this path. This is a long path that goes 2 ways. One way takes you pretty much directly into the city and the other into a residential area however there is a big supermarket at each end though is a nice place to walk through during the day at nighttime it’s a completely different story unfortunately lots of crime happens on this path specifically drug related crime as on this path there is about 3-4 bridges just like the one in the photo and people normally deal in them spots and hide waiting to do anything. Okay enough I’m ranting 🤣
So I cut through the supermarket going in one door however there isn’t another way in if your coming back from the city centre I came out of this door and as you can see there’s a row of trolleys if you think that’s alot you should see the other entrance hehe.
Okay so we have now crossed the road and around the corner it’s the city centre featuring shops going all the way down the street including a shopping mall and then further down a market and more shops and another mall
So we walked down the long street and went down towards the market side of town. Next to the market up a little incline hill about 30 seconds away we have a forum. This forum is a public library a restaurant and the HQ of the BBC
There was a bus outside not totally sure why normally this spot is used for stuff like this as these steps used to be used by skateboarders but the council put a ban on skateboarding as apparently damages the area and is classed as anti social behaviour even though it was always nice to see some skater dudes popping tricks
The ground is very smooth and stairs are very nice so it attracted skaters but unfortunately they banned it and now they do small events here inside and outside they also stage protests here and if not here it’s over to the right as the building next to the forum is the CITY HALL
