Today is Mother's Day and this day reminds me personally of a mother's sincere and deep love. Mothers are a rare gem and hold a special place in our hearts.
For this week, I will be singing SOLDIER BY CHIKE. This song clearly voices how every mother feels about sending her children to fight wars. She expresses herself by saying SHE CAN'T LOOSE HER WHOLE DAMN WORLD which emphasizes how losing her children to wars, mishaps, and other happenings in the world affects her deeply. She describes her Child as her whole world whereas others see this child as just one soldier.
This song reminds me that beyond doubt, Violence is never the answer to solving problems as it causes more harm than good, especially with the many losses of lives.
