November 2nd and Still Swimming

Today is November 2nd and it is a sunny day in Istanbul. I haven't been able to swim in Istanbul for over a month. The weather has been a bit cold. It's been a hot summer these days.

I took advantage of the day, hopped on the boat, and went to the beach. I couldn't pass up this opportunity.

I went to the beach where I'd been swimming all summer on my boat. Only a few boats had come to swim. There were quite a few jellyfish in the sea. The outside temperature was around 21 degrees Celsius. The water temperature was around 15-16 degrees Celsius. The water felt cold when I first jumped in, but I got used to it over time. Swimming in cold water is quite enjoyable and healthy.

Last year, the weather cooled off early, and my last swim was in September. The previous year, my record was October 24th.

This year, I broke my record and went swimming on November 2nd.
