Filming this video I knew this would be my last grow for a while. I had no idea however, that it would be this long.
With "legalization" came a whole lot of new rules, a new system that I've struggled with even wanting to be a part of. The building in this video, that so much work and money went into setting up, became ineligible overnight when a new set of rules came into place. The land it sets on is zoned residential. We were just one of the hundreds (if not thousands) of medical producers forced out by the constantly changing regulations of a government that couldn't care less.
Everything happens for a reason though, and a new life full of beach days, travel, and relaxation, took the place of the life of a farmer who worked 7 days a week for many years. Growing cannabis was a life I loved, and would return to in a second, if the opportunity arose, but until then I'll make the best of my new adventures, and spend a little of my new found free time sharing my thoughts and experiences with you good people here on the steem blockchain.
The cannabis culture has always been one of compassion, respect, love, and patience. Comprised of freedom fighters, rebels, and free thinkers. Thank you, for watching and reading what I share here, and allowing me a way to be a part of the cannabis community I hold so dear.
