Well telling people that they have to stop it and banning it should be enough.
It really is that simple.

Unfortunately there's too many dumb, ignorant, arrogant humans who like to be cruel to animals.

And what that does is give your country and it's people a really bad rap around the rest of the world. And when Indians travel outside of India, they wonder why people are racist towards them and half of the time, it's not even that persons fault at all, it just other people generalising and assuming that all Indians are being cruel, when we- you and I, know that that is not true.

But unfortunately that what happens when the majority do something bad, it gives the minority a bad reputation too. ☹️
