So glad I came across your article here because I finally made it over and am walking dogs all day every day for a month in Phuket at Soi dogs and even though I had to deal with ticks on myself and the Dog that I was just looking after in Cairns, I totally forgot about their prevalence over here!

I will be asking tomorrow how they deal with the ticks here.
