I'm still new here, we joined in the same month and I'm like you, still not understanding it 100%, but it also seems that many others, even those that were on steem don't understand it 100% either.
What I have found incredibly frustrating from the start is not understanding it as hard as I tried- it's like a who alien language to me sometimes, but one day I just through stuff it and decided to look around and enjoy myself and that's what I'm doing right now, discovering people like you and giving you the same advice that I have been given many times- just have fun and write every day and then the more you write, the more you will enjoy it, then others will see that in you and you will get more attention and then it will snowball- in a great way, from there.
I also recommend the contests too and they are in ever community, there a great contest in the #FeatheredFriends community that @melinda010100 and
@brittandjosie created and curate, then there's a cookbook contest, photography contest, drawing contests, something in here for everyone, so dive in and discover..
Anyway, I'm off to enter into the newest contest in the #FeatheredFriends community cause I have seen the 2 photos there and have a great little story in my head developing for them.
Please come and join in with us here @hive-106444/feathered-friends-comment-contest-round-10 And have fun.
Come and say hi, I'm here every night in the #IAmAliveChallenge community, which is a really supportive community full of wonderful people reporting in every day about how grateful they are to be alive, So if you want to know more about this warm and compassionate community then read more here @flaxz/glmrrjya and you're welcome to join in and share your stories, fears, dreams, successes and failures with all of us.
My name is Leesa by the way...😊
