HELP onboardning new user. Please please HELP

I am just helping a friend sign up to Hive but we're having problems.

She got a code on her phone for verification but when she put the code into the LEO page, it wouldn't accept it and it said error authourising user to firebase, so we have been trying others ways, Such as via ecency, via hiveonbaord too but are not having any joy either.

@roomservice @hiveonboard error message says Service Unvailable
We are currently out of account creation tickets. Check back later or use signup.hive.io for other account creation options.

Can you please help?
