Unhappiness is different to depression. Be unhappy with yourself and improve your condition in those areas. This is just facts, being unhappy can be a temporary circumstances, which is believe will not stay longer to now create depression. When I'm unhappy I know it is just for a NOW situation, so I improve, change or end any negative vibes causing such. Then when we talk about depression it is not a state of constant sadness that doesn't have a view of temporarily circumstances @tarazkp when unhappiness happens it awaken something inbuilt in us human to immediately finds what wrong and what's the best way out.
