I feel like this working from home was majorly influenced by the advancement of technologies around the globe, all entrepreneur, CEO, and the big boys in the don't want the work or business to be held even if its for 24hours. You can work, attend to customers round the clock. To me it's just not fair. Holidays, staff leaves should be a prioritize.
