I appreciate so much sir @ovey10, yes pertaining foundation the depth matters alot especially when it is nit bungalow (I mean any building that has another building on it). A proper supervision needs to be done to ensure the load bearing capacity of the building is transferring the loads to a stronger strata beneath the ground an not the top soil (the one we do call cultivated soul).
