When you visit different place we tend to see and witness a different lifestyle, like I know of the Chinese lifestyle, all individuals looks like they're late for something or somewhere, even a billionaire is working like a commoner. Now for the socializing part, there are done who are interested in thay, while some don't, just been an introvert. It is not a must there should be a university or a club around but individuals interaction matters also. Thanks @chinay04 I've learnt something.
