Although I've had sex partners that could be regarded as FWBs, I've always found this term weird and inappropriate to suggest to someone, especially to put it in a dating profile. Today I just had someone propose that I be her friend with benefits. Of course I'm OK with it, but I like to just think of that person as a friend, one I happen to have sex with occasionally.
