I went the dentist for the initial visit so they can make me a partial for my upper teeth. I was expecting to get a mouth full of goop as the take a mold of my teeth. well, that is sooooooo old school.
Now, what they do is take a scan of your teeth in order to build a 3D model of your chompers on the computer. The final result looks like this..
The whole process took just 10 minutes. How cool is that?
