let me tell u about the best hotel gym I've ever been to.. normailly, there is a set of dumbbells and 1 or 2 treadmills.. that's it. This gym had a nice full rack of my favorite rubber hex dumbbells AND several treadmills AND ellipticals AND a recumbant bike. Also, It was carpeted and extremely clean and just the right temperature.
Oh, how often do u see commercial grade machines in a hotel gym??
ps. after the gym, I soaked in a warm bath. (there were jacuzzi jets, but it was so loud that I turned them off after .1 secs)
