Nigeria is a country with diverse ethnic and unique believe and culture binding them together. This leaves happens to be the normal casava leaves dat maybe disregarded in some culture but for the people of Idomi in Yakurr LGA of Cross River, it is a major delicacy in their tradition. In fact, it is a major delicacy prepared when a bride is given out for marriage. I personally witnessed this one from start to finish and I was marvelled. Thank God I'm a Nigerian
