But I'll still how to ask..How do you tag a Comment a quality Commemt??..
Because if you'll check very well, those are not the only quality comments I made this week and I noticed that you were narrowing down the comments mostly to #pobstreet. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I just need more insight.
