Greetings everyone!
Every day crime is been done in every part of the world. In every country and city crime rate depends on the crowd and standards of people and even the rules and regulation of country. But still some people are there who does not fear with the laws and punishment by government and they do some illegal things or crime. But I think there is always a reason no one will be a criminal without any reason. Situation makes the person cruel and then he have no other option left except making crime.
But there are also some people who do such think on purpose. On the other side mostly crimes are done by the adults but there are also some under age people who make the crime in very early age and then they need to stay up in the cell. Every person have their own pressure to live a life but that does not mean you should do some crime. There is also Juvenile Justice which punish the small under age child as per their crime. But the question is they should stay up their life in the cell around four walls or they should get free as they get adult.
We all know that even in the small age the human brain does not have much sense to take the load on his mind. But still even in the small age we have such amount of knowledge that we know what is wrong and what is right. But actually we don't know how to deal with the situation or how to react with it. But when a child grows out and become a adult should get free even from his crime. Now what actually happens over here if we still punish him is.
If he is still getting punish for his past crimes he will think more bad even for the society and think for an avenge. But if we get him free he might become a good person and forgive himself from his own thoughts. Making a crime in small age and forgiving yourself for the whole life is not easy because it feels like life time trauma for anyone. Well I think it will also not impact on the people in the society. But still everyone will think him wrong but he have to make people feel like you are a good person.
A crime in a small age have zero experience and it's really hard at that moment to make a decision. We all know there is a huge difference between a small age and a adult mind. Because as we grows we start learning about making life decisions and even we experience more. If man will live out the life he would know more without experience and living in the same cage for whole life around for walls will never work. As more you live and experience you will learn more and develop yourself more. Now every people have different thoughts.
