Greetings everyone!
Many of the people are making video on the public place and putting on the social media about them or anything either through instagram or either youtube etc.. As there are many interface where we can post the open photos or videos of ourselves and get known by the crowd. But some people when they see that they are been capture randomly without any intention from the both side at that moment should they get some penalty or something because of capturing someone in their background. Well I think it should be legal as already there are many influencers around the world.
So that will never ever happen that when you record something in your camera and putting your stuff on the social media without any single person capture so it will never ever happen. In every corner of the world human beings are living life there are very few place where people live less. And also depends on the surroundings. So while you are on road some are making videos openly and you might get capture is a very normal thing. This is what I think like it's for me works if I get capture randomly.
Even though I have captured many times in the influencer videos in my city, and I am very comfortable too me personally I don't have any problem. Well I think it is very common because when you get capture either you don't know him/her either the influencer don't know you. And the most important thing they are not capturing you intentionally so nothing is wrong. If someone do intentionally then a strict action could be taken against that person. I take this incident in a positive way because will let you know when you get caught in the camera.
And how can you even consider it as a crime, things are not meant to hurt anyone in this case so there is no chance to make some suit against that person. Instead even by chance if you see and take your intention then you should even smile instead of hiding. And even nothing should be done against this everything is very open and frank no one is getting hurt and nothing is been done intentionally. If some one is forcing you to take in the camera then you should make a suit against him or either take some action.
And I also think even thought when you get in the photo or video whole world does not know you so it won't make much effect. People generally does not look to the other people they only focus on the influencer, if some of your knows see the video then they might tell you. But I think it also depends on the content you are getting in. If content is something which should not be allowed then they should get ban and not be able to make more videos. If content is good then no issues should be faced and feel it is as a proud moment that you get capture in some influencer video or photo.
