Greetings everyone!
We all are going on the work, we all are busy everywhere just to earn money and live our life. But everyone of us need a small break from our day to day life, sometimes we are just fed up from our work we need some break for our mental stress. But the actually jobbers or the employee of company take the leave without any reason just for fun they are escaping the work. Well every company gives at least few days of month for rest as a mental and physical break. As I am business owner I have staff team under me.
Even I am giving them holiday every week, like one day of week is for rest day which is SUNDAY. Every of my employee are on holiday every week of this day. Other then that there are no other holidays in the whole month. Even on the occasion there are no holidays until there is some one day festival or whatever. Well if I talk about myself I am the business owner and of course there is no single holiday for me. I am working every single day even on the weekends.
I have learn from my father that if you are the leader of your business and you have to reach high there is no way to either give up or get lazy. You have to work hard for your own selves. The leader of the business or anything cannot be tired you have to work like hell until the work gets on the auto mode. Until you are full set for your business there is no going back. Work so hard until your business does not source you. And there are no holidays until you earn money.
I have learn this type of mindset from my father, so its been already 5 months I have not taken any single break from my routine I have facing same day every single day and I am now fed up I am just hating all the people near me like everything is feeling negative I need some space and break from my place. But still I have not earn much amount of money or I have not reached to the goal I really want too. So of course I am not going to take a break, well my employee are taking break but I can't.
Because the business is mine and they have their fixed salary but I want to earn really hell money. And I really don't care about my employee even though they take the holiday for fun or whatever if they take another extra holiday except sunday I will cut their salary. And I don't care about myself because I am really very hungry for money. I don't care about the break or mental health. I have set some goals if I am not reaching out there I am not getting a holiday. Work work work and you will get successful
