This post is all about me talking briefly about the logo design I created for a project called PinTextEditField which is an android library.
What is PinTextEditField
PinTextEditField is basically an android library for pin edit text.
The Logo Design Process
I began the process of the logo design by getting to know what the project owner wants before I begin the research process.
After getting to know what the project owner wants, I began by researching to broadening my knowledge and get inspiration on how to approach the design.
The next phase was to sketch out ideas, this stage can be done either on paper or digitally, but the most important thing is to get as many ideas as possible...
After creating various sketches, I settled the one I liked best and felt that worked best for the project...
The next was to turn the sketched out idea into something closer to the final design..
After making the design to something closer to the final look, I prepared it for feedback from the project owner...
The next was to assess the design and make refinements until I was satisfied with the final logo design.
The logo idea concept
The idea concept of this logo is pretty simple to understand... The overall design of the logo represents a lock (security) while the bottom part of the lock represents the PinTextField, while the pencil represents the word "Edit"
