This is the second of your posts that I read, the first being your advisory on best practices for newbies. While I am sorry (not as friend or family member is sorry, instead as a fellow human who has also had a distressing time or two is) that your July was so dreadful, I am glad that you were able to write about it, doing so in an entertaining way.
