Please allow me to be vain and narcissist today because it is my BIRTHDAY! Showing you some of my fave pictures which shows my personality and 2 pictures of my past bdays which were memorable.
1st picture: My catfish picture. hahah this is a throwback to when I feel the most carefree and careless! I loved how active I was in working out, how I was able to take care of myself physically, how I was able to afford beautifying myself because I had lesser responsibilities. Anyway, life happens and is a cycle. I will soon rise up again and be my carefree self.
2nd picture: Even if my age is getting older, my personality remains playful, fun and young at heart. I always liked playgrounds esp. swinging really high. The feeling of excitement and scared at the same time, the tickle in my tummy and rhythm of moving back and forth on the swing. That's what I always look for through adventures that I do such as in pole dancing, in aerial hoops, in roller coasters.
3rd picture: I love fireworks! I get so amazed everytime I watch it as if it's the first time I see it. I think it's cause fireworks can sometimes be unpredictable (like me hehehe), you'll never know what figure or design will come out next, or when you'll jump out of suprise because of the explosions. Fireworks also means a celebration and when I see one or hear the popping sounds from afar, I feel happy and be reminded that there will always be something to celebrate about.
4th picture: So far, this was my favorite bday celebration which happened in Taiwan. My close friends travelled and celebrated with me and one of them surprised me with all these. I felt really special that day! We had a blast on my bday week and I'm so grateful for friends who are as spontaneous and adventurous as me!
5th picture: Sorry for my face there hahaha One of my best bday celebrations as well. My bestfriend and her mom surprised me with an overnight stay at a hotel and all my friends were there waiting to surprise me. I have a love and hate relationship with surprises though, it can make me feel really awkward as it's happening but once I get over the awkwardness that's when I really feel special and overwhelmed by their efforts.
Today, I am celebrating with my mom with a bucket of chickenjoy (mom's request), peach mango pie (my favorite!!!), sushi and okonomiyaki (japanese food brings out my happy hormones) for lunch! Happy lunch everyone! I wish we all have many good and fulfilling years! Thanks for being with me!
