Use bots.
It's pretty simple and all the pros are using it! If you don't believe just look at comments from @joeparys and I guarantee you'll see some upvote bots. It will take some steem to do this, but if you do it right you'll see great results really soon. I personally use this side:

It's easy! You pay the bot and he upvotes your comment. The upvote is usually higher then the amount you spent. But remember you as the author are getting around 75%, so you have to do it the right way.
If you decide to use a bot you should always check it's details to see how he's doing. You are looking for positive Current ROI. I also suggest to bit the minimal bid, I because most of the bots have a small Vote Value. Don't bit more then 1 min before the next vote!
