The shorter-term 12 period exponential moving average has just crosses over the longer-term 26-period EMA, for the ETH/USD pair a potential buy signal. The buy signal should be used in conjunction with other analysis so we can make a stronger case to be bullish on the pair.
The pair has been rising as of the last 2 days, after a dip a pronounced dip that took the price to 280 ETH per dollar. There have been some reports attributing the dip to fake reports on Vitalik Buterin´s death. The founder of Ethereum has come online to show followers that he is alive and well.
