I joined the Steem community in the new year 2018 in February, and I was immediately attracted to it because of the excellent potential of this social network.

The quality of contributions is also very important. Most of the founders have steemit the principle that you must earn the reward. Quality includes efforts to obtain appropriate content as well as packaging or presentation.
Content must be original and bring something new. Your feedback should bring improvement ideas to the author or discussion points. Published from two paragraphs, poorly structured sentences, one minute short video or a simple comment like "Excellent article!" You may be at risk of not giving you a lot of rewards.
Personally, I find the reward side an incentive and an excellent engine to awaken our emotions. It also builds a beautiful portfolio of contributions and publications that give a greater meaning to our lives. ستيمت مناسبة . كلما زادت ملاءمة النشر أو الفيديو أو التعليق الخاص بك وتقدير عدد كبير من الأشخاص ، كلما تمت مكافأتك اكثر على مساهمتك. حتى تصرفاتك (الأصوات والتعليقات والمشاركة) لتقدير محتوى الآخرين تكافا عليها ه.
باختصار ، كلما كانت أفعالك تعتبر مفيدة لمجتمع ستيم ، كلما تمت مكافأتك أكثر.
جودة المساهمات هي أيضا مهمة جدا. لدى معظمالمؤسسين في ستيمت مبدأ أنه يجب كسب المكافأة. الجودة تتضمن بذل الجهود للحصول على محتوى ملائم بالإضافة إلى التغليف أو العرض التقديمي.
يجب أن يكون المحتوى أصليًا ويجلب شيئًا جديدًا. يجب أن تجلب تعليقاتك أفكار تحسينة إلى المؤلف أو نقاط للمناقشة. منشور من فقرتين ، جمل ضعيفة التنظيم ، مقطع فيديو قصير مدته دقيقة واحدة أو تعليق بسيط مثل "مقال ممتاز!" قد تتحمل عليه خطر عدم اعطائك الكثير من المكافآت.
شخصيا أجد ان جانب المكافأة محفزًا ومحركًا ممتازًا لإيقاظ عواطفنا. كما أنه يبني محفظة جميلة من المساهمات والمنشورات التي تعطي معنى أكبر لحياتنا. دون نسيان التجربة والعلاقات المكتسبة خلال هذه المغامرة الجميلة.
