Do not be a talkative. Meditation is best done in the night when noise has been eliminated. Be quiet on the inside, don't be a physically quiet person but performs all sort of activities like dancing , seeing movie, football on the inside making your mind jungled up with all manner of thought.
Associate with great thinkers, innovators and positive minded people. Wood will not sharpen iron, "iron sharpens iron." Environment affects achievement, most people are where they are because of the kind of people they associate themselves with. No friendship leaves you neutral, it either adds to you or take away from you.
