Yes. Biophilia is essential design criteria now. Singapore has Green Plan 2030 to transform "City in Garden" to "City in Nature".
I just joined the webinar from SILA regarding topic "Biophobia to Biophilia"
Sometime it's quite challenging for a modern urban city to implement nature concept into residential area as many design guidelines by authorities need to be amended. Most important thing is the management of nature and also to educate the residents to change the mindset to accept nature biology in their living place.
