It's a beautiful day - pure blue sky with no cloud but turkey vultures and seagulls riding the air and gliding up high. With low humidity, the air is extra fresh. I can't resist but to stay outside as long as I can even though it's colder than usual.
Turkey Vulture - they usually come here during winter time. There were quite a few I saw today.

More mango blossoms. This tree is a volunteer producing at least 500 mangos in a single season.
Mango blossoms from another tree. This cultivar is called Keitt, also known as King of Mango bearing fruits as large as 4 pounds each. We harvested about 100 mangos from this tree last year.
I love bamboo, an inspiration for ancient poetry and paintings in Asia. I enjoy standing in front of bamboo plants, watching and listening to their whisper in the wind. Have you ever been in a bamboo forest? It's one of the most unforgettable experiences in life.
This lemon tree is still loaded after I have already picked up half of the lemons from this season.

During the walk today, I reflected on my journey of moving closer to land - a freedom I wanted so bad years ago. I used to live and work in big cities of multi-million people who shared the air pollution and noise pollution and traffic congestion they created by themselves. Even though I could make more money in big cities but I felt I was being trapped in a prison I wanted to escape. Fortunately, I moved to live on a less populated land and had the freedom of living in harmony with nature, working on land, and growing my own food. I am just so glad I did, not only for myself but also for my family.
I believe that we are healthier not only physically, but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually when we work in a food garden to grow our own food as intended by our Creator when He first created the first man and the garden of Eden, then put him to work it and to keep it. Genesis 2:15
Thank you for walking with me today. See you next time!
